Ads that find your customers.
FINDU plans, builds and runs paid acquisition on Google, Meta, TikTok, Taboola and Outbrain. Every campaign is judged against the revenue your own systems record, so budget moves to what actually pays back.
What do you need right now?
Most enquiries fall into one of four situations. Pick the one closest to yours and we'll show you how we'd handle it.
Launch
Take a new product, offer or market live on paid channels with a plan, budget and tracking from day one.
Strategy & research →Scale
Grow spend on campaigns that already convert without the cost per customer drifting up.
Our approach →Fix tracking
Ad platforms report one number and your bank account shows another. Bidding is optimising on bad data.
Measurement →Refresh creative
Ads are fatiguing, frequency is climbing and results slide a little more each week.
Creative production →Show up where people decide.
Search when they're looking. Feeds when they're browsing. Short video when they're scrolling. Native when they're reading. We run all four from one plan, so each channel feeds the next one.
Google Ads
Capture demand at the moment of intent, then follow it across YouTube, Gmail and Discover.
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram campaigns where the creative does the targeting and the data stays clean.
TikTok Ads
Native-feeling short video, creator content and Spark Ads that earn the first two seconds.
Native Ads
Taboola and Outbrain placements on publisher sites, with pre-landers that warm cold traffic before the offer.
Strategy, media, creative and measurement. One team.
Paid acquisition breaks when these four live with different vendors. We cover all of them, so the person reading your numbers is the same person changing your bids.
Made for the thumb, built for the auction.
On Meta and TikTok, broad targeting is now the default and the creative decides who sees your ad. We write, shoot, edit and test ads in volume, then keep the winners running and retire the rest on evidence.
Numbers you can check.
Every platform claims credit for the same sale. We set up server-side tracking, remove duplicate conversions and report from your backend revenue, so the weekly report lines up with what actually landed in your account.
- Server-side tagging with Google Enhanced Conversions, Meta Conversions API and TikTok Events API.
- Consent Mode v2 set up for UK and EU traffic, so tracking stays lawful and modelled conversions still flow.
- Weekly report and monthly review with spend, cost per customer, payback and what we're changing next.
- A live dashboard on your own data, which you keep if we ever stop working together.
From first audit to steady scale.
Four phases, in this order. Skipping the first two is the most common reason paid media stalls after a promising start.
Three ways to start.
Fees are fixed and agreed up front, based on scope and the channels involved. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platforms.

Rules we keep.
None of these are unusual on their own. Together they are why handovers to us, and away from us, stay painless.
Your accounts, your data
Ad accounts, pixels, analytics and dashboards are set up in your name. We work in them with access you control.
One accountable lead
A single strategist owns your results and answers your questions. No hand-offs between account managers.
Policy first
Every ad, landing page and claim is checked against platform policy before it goes live. Disapprovals cost more than time.
Changes in writing
Every significant change is logged with the reason and the result we expect, so you can always see why the account looks the way it does.
Notes from the auction.
Short, practical pieces on measurement, creative and channel strategy. No gated downloads.
Paid media, end to end.
Seven services that cover everything between your product and a paying customer. Use one, or let us run the whole acquisition engine.
Which channel does what.
A rough guide we use in planning. The right mix depends on your product, price point and how people buy it.
| Channel | Best at | Typical role | Key formats | Measurement |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Capturing existing demand | Bottom of funnel, brand defence, shopping | Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube | Enhanced Conversions, offline imports |
| Meta Ads | Creating demand at scale | Prospecting, retargeting, lead generation | Reels, Stories, feed, catalogue ads | Conversions API, event deduplication |
| TikTok Ads | Reaching new audiences cheaply | Discovery, creator-led social proof | In-feed, Spark Ads, Shop ads | Events API, view-through windows |
| Taboola | Volume on premium publishers | Content-led prospecting | Native cards, video, advertorials | Pixel plus server postbacks |
| Outbrain | Engaged readers in editorial context | Considered purchases, lead generation | Native, clips, carousel | Pixel plus server postbacks |
Unit economics first. Then media.
We start every engagement with the same question: what is a customer worth to you, and how much can you afford to pay for one? Everything else follows from that answer.
Four phases, in order.
The first two phases take two to four weeks depending on how much tracking needs rebuilding. They decide how fast the last two can go.
What you get, and when.
A fixed rhythm so you always know what is happening in your accounts and why.
| When | What | Who |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Spend pacing, disapprovals, tracking health checks, anomaly alerts | Media buyer |
| Weekly | Written report: spend, cost per customer, ROAS, tests started and stopped, next week's plan | Lead strategist |
| Weekly | New creative concepts into testing | Creative producer |
| Monthly | Economics review call: payback, LTV:CAC by channel, budget reallocation | Lead strategist |
| Quarterly | Channel mix and incrementality review, plan for the next quarter | Lead strategist, analytics |
How we make decisions.
The judgement calls we make on your behalf follow these rules.
Backend revenue beats platform ROAS
Platforms over-count. We optimise toward what your payment system or CRM records, and feed that back to the bidding algorithms.
Payback period sets the budget ceiling
How fast spend returns as cash decides how hard we push. Subscription and repeat-purchase products get modelled on lifetime value, not first order.
One variable per test
Creative, audience, bid strategy and landing page are tested separately, with enough budget to reach a result you can trust.
Scale in steps
Budgets rise in measured increments so algorithms keep learning and cost per customer stays stable.
Geography is a lever
Markets are tiered by cost and value. Bids, budgets and creative are set per tier rather than averaged across countries.
Incrementality over attribution
Where budgets allow, we run holdout and geo tests to check that a channel adds customers rather than claiming ones you'd get anyway.
Notes from the auction.
Practical writing on measurement, creative and channel strategy, from the people running the campaigns.
A small team that runs the numbers.
FINDU Digital Ads is a performance advertising agency based in London. We plan and run paid acquisition for businesses that sell online, and we measure our work by what it adds to theirs.
The gap between clicks and customers.
Most businesses that buy ads have the same problem. Each platform reports its own results, the agency reports a blended number, and finance looks at the bank account and sees something else. Decisions get made on whichever figure looks best.
We built FINDU to close that gap. We set up measurement first, agree what a customer is worth, and then buy media against that number on every channel we run. When it works, you can see it in your own systems. When it doesn't, you hear it from us first.
We work with businesses in e-commerce, subscriptions, apps, software and lead generation, across the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East.
Who works on your account.
Every account gets the same four roles. Smaller accounts share specialists; the lead strategist is always named and dedicated.
Owns the result
Sets the plan and budgets, runs the weekly report and monthly review, and is your single point of contact.
Runs the accounts
Builds campaigns, manages bids and pacing, launches tests and keeps accounts healthy every day.
Feeds the auction
Writes concepts, produces and edits ads, and briefs creators. Works from test results, not taste.
Keeps data honest
Builds tracking, server-side tagging and dashboards, and checks that platform data matches your backend.
The paperwork.
